Toolbar
At the top of each page you find the toolbar with the following buttons.

Menu
To the left of each page you find the menu. If the menu is hidden, press the button in the toolbar at the top of the page to make the menu visible. The following symbols are used in the menu.

At the bottom of the menu you find the following two buttons.
